DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping and deliveries are free on orders above 599.00 INR to any address.

Nodes is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s), the amount paid will be refunded in your credit card, debit card, Net Banking or Bank account (NEFT) within 5 to 7 business days.

If you are unable to collect the delivery of your product, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping costs.

COVID19 UPDATE

Staying in line with the current lockdown in various parts of the country, there is a delay in delivering orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.
